In 2016, after managing her personal IBS symptoms with the low-FODMAP diet, she was inspired to launch Rachel Pauls Food, to share her recipes and medical savvy with others like her.
Rachel Pauls Food was inspired by a long search for healthy low-FODMAP food options at home and on-the-go. The company launched with Dr. Pauls’s homemade low-FODMAP energy bars ‘Happy Bars‘, then expanded to beef jerky, soup bases, spice blends, and baking mixes.
Alongside the growth of the company, Dr. Rachel’s passion for cooking and sharing recipes increased as well. Over the years, the RachelPaulsFood recipe and blog pages broadened, as well as their social media outreach.
But it didn’t stop there!
Dr. Pauls is the proud author of two bestselling cookbooks.
