Want an easy ham recipe? Try this low-FODMAP Slow-Cooker Orange Maple Glazed Ham. Perfect for Easter & Christmas, it is also gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • 1 (Five pound) fully-cooked, boneless ham*
  • 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup, or more to taste
  • Zest and juice of one orange (about 1/4 cup)*
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  • Mix together brown sugar, maple syrup, orange zest and juice, mustard and cloves in a medium bowl
  • Place your ham in your slow cooker on low
  • Rub mixture over the ham, cover, and cook for 4-5 hours
  • If desired, baste surface occasionally with the juices
