Ingredients
- 1 (Five pound) fully-cooked, boneless ham*
- 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup, or more to taste
- Zest and juice of one orange (about 1/4 cup)*
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Mix together brown sugar, maple syrup, orange zest and juice, mustard and cloves in a medium bowl
- Place your ham in your slow cooker on low
- Rub mixture over the ham, cover, and cook for 4-5 hours
- If desired, baste surface occasionally with the juices
