Here is my low-FODMAP IBS-friendly recipe list for my favorite soups, stews, and chili recipes. Hearty, warm, healthy, and filling. Such a great option for lunch, supper, or anytime of day.

Most of these recipes come together simply, and some use the slow-cooker, for added convenience. I know you will love them!

  1. After many years of dietary chaos, my gastroenterologist told me about Fodmap. It took me only 48 hours to feel like so much better ! I printed out several of your vegetarian Fodmap recieps — It is so kind of you to have this website !!!
