I love the all-natural and creative environment of Trader Joe’s, and I look to them for recipe inspiration all the time. Why not benefit from the flavors that Trader Joe’s foods have, without high-FODMAP additives?

This is my low-FODMAP copycat version of Trader Joe’s Almond Butter Turmeric Salad dressing.  It may sound a little weird, but  I am crazy for this low-FODMAP Almond Butter Turmeric Dressing.

The combination just works.  Lemon provides a zesty freshness, turmeric and ginger provide a spicy warmth, while almond butter adds a nutty richness.  I eat this straight from my spoon.

Not only is it bright and cheerful but this low-FODMAP Almond Butter Turmeric Dressing is super healthy with very little added fats.

You will love this low-FODMAP Almond Butter Turmeric Salad Dressing on my low-FODMAP Tossed Salad.

I use it as a marinade with my favorite fish and chicken breasts (just cover your preferred meat or fish for 30 minutes or longer in the fridge and grill).  An easy and delicious dinner!
