    1. Oh thank you! Yes, the basil is a typo in the directions, this salmon recipe does not use basil. We will correct that. Much appreciated.

  2. Completely AMAZING!

I was recently diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and this is the first meal I’ve made since I’ve been discharged from a weeks hospital stay. I added more coconut cream to the potatoes (I made the salmon/mashed potato’s/veggie recommended combo) The salmon itself, I didn’t cover it up at the end before putting it in the oven, so I left it in for an additional 20 minutes and it was so tasty and tender. THANK YOU!

  3. Hi Rachel,

If I’m going to cook these on a gas grill, do I still use the foil and how long should I keep them on the grill? Do I need to flip them?

    Thank you!

    1. Hi there,
You can definitely use your grill. No need to flip the fish, but the amount of time will vary a lot depending on the thickness of your fish and heat of the grill. We suggest peeking below the foil after 15 minutes and gauging if there is more time needed. If you like your salmon rare, you may need less time. Also if you let it stand for a couple minutes after removing it, it will still cook further. Hope that helps! Good luck!

  4. Sooo yummy!

This was delish! Putting this in my regular meal cycle. I used the infused oil with dairy free butter. I also added a pinch of fresh rosemary.

Happy I found this one! Thank you!
