25 Easy & Delicious Low-FODMAP, Gluten-free 30-Minute Meals (Dinners)

As much as I enjoy taking my time to simmer a sauce, or build a multi-course meal, I appreciate an easy recipe the most.

Having the ability to whip up a delicious dinner, in under 30 minutes, is super-satisfying, on many levels. Not only am I able to provide home-cooked flavor for my family on a weeknight, but I control the salt, fat, additives, and preservatives we consume. To me, that is priceless.

For those of you that follow my blog, you will probably be familiar with some of the dinners on this list. They are some of my top recipes, for good reason!

Try these meals tonight, and you won’t be disappointed. Not to mention, you will have more time to enjoy your family, since the prep is so simple :).

Here are 25 of my favorite 30-minute meals, in no particular order. Enjoy!

1. Low-FODMAP Korean Beef

I am a big fan of this savory ground beef in a flavorful sauce. The taste is amazing over white rice or rice noodles. Gluten-free and dairy-free!

2. Creamy Tuscan Chicken

Tender cuts of chicken breast are simmered in a creamy ambrosia with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. A classic Italian recipe.

3. Ginger Sesame Chicken

An Asian sesame and ginger seasoning enrobes bite-sized pieces of chicken. Sprinkle it with sesame seeds for added texture and authenticity.

4. Spaghetti Alla Carbonara

One of the simplest pasta dinners, you don’t even use cream for the recipe! A spaghetti dish that will become a staple in your house.

5. Chicken A La King

A skillet casserole with a somewhat bizarre name, my recipe includes chicken, mushrooms, minced peppers, and peas in a creamy gravy. This goes well with potatoes, rice, or pasta.

7. Lemon Butter Chicken with Pasta

Any type of pasta can go in this dish, the sauce is light with hints of lemon and butter. A versatile meal that even the pickiest eaters enjoy.

8. Pad Thai Perfection

One of my favorite Thai dishes, packed with peanut flavor. An incredibly addictive choice suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.

9. Old-Fashioned Beef Stroganoff

Cuts of tender beef with thick noodles, in a creamy gravy sauce spotted with mushrooms. Super satisfying.

10. One-Skillet Bourbon Chicken

So much better than the version at your local shopping mall, this is a riff on an American-Chinese dinner. The chicken thighs are uber-tender, and full of juicy flavor.

11. Pasta Alle Vongole

Pasta with clams, in a light butter sauce. Select good quality canned clams for the best taste. A gourmet meal for a special occasion.

A versatile vegetarian dinner, packed with veggies and Asian flavor. Add chicken, shrimp, or beef if you like!

13. Skillet Salmon with Creamy Tomato Sauce

A healthy salmon dinner that comes together in a snap. Creamy flavor comes from tomatoes, and cream cheese. Serve yours with rice, mixed vegetables, or crusty bread.

14. Skillet Chicken Cacciatore

A one-skillet family favorite, the sauce incorporates green bell peppers, mushrooms, and zucchini. Try it over your favorite GF pasta.

15. Homemade Chicken Marsala

One of the recipes I used to make as a teen. I love the flavor of the chicken in the wine-infused sauce, with the added flavor of mushrooms, and herbs.

16. Tahini Ginger Salmon

So delicious, and good for you. Tahini provides a savory flavor, that those with nut allergies can also enjoy. Use the extra sauce for your rice or veggies!

17. Chicken Quesadillas

This recipe is an instant hit at any house with kids (or grown ups with kid appetites). A simple Tex-Mex dinner, that preps in minutes.

18. Family Favorite Salisbury Steak

My father always used to order Salisbury Steak at our local diner, and I used to envy him enjoying that succulent meal. This recipe has a rich gravy, tender mushrooms, and a satisfying beef ‘steak’.

19. Sesame Glazed Tofu

Non-vegans adore this Asian-inspired tofu recipe. The sauce is absolutely delicious, and the tofu is crispy, and fun to eat.

20. Lemon Artichoke Fettuccine

A vegetarian pasta dinner, with lemons and artichokes. Serve this with some crusty bread, and a side salad or broccoli.

21. ‘Drunken’ Noodles with Chicken

A Thai-inspired spicy meal, usually ‘drowned down’ with some beer. My version will allow you to modify the heat, while still providing all the flavor.

22. Brown-Butter Tilapia Meunière

Inspired by Julia Child, this fish meal can be made with sole, cod, or tilapia. Browning the butter gives it that extra-fancy flavor.

A sheet pan dinner, this is a riff on the popular salad. Fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil go beautifully with chicken breasts. A simple and delicious recipe.

24. 20-Minute Penne Alla Vodka

My daughter’s absolute favorite, I had to create a low-FODMAP version. The sauce goes well with penne, or any other pasta.

This recipe was inspired by my son’s love for Panda Express. I adore my version with fresh candied walnuts on top. It’s amazing.
