Ingredients
- 2 lbs (32 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic-infused oil*
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
Instructions
- Between 2 pieces of parchment, pound the chicken breasts to even ¼ inch thickness
- In a large resealable bag, combine olive oil, garlic-infused oil, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, soy sauce, lemon juice, and ginger to the bag
- Add the chicken, and mix the chicken with the sauce, then refrigerate for 1 hour or longer
- Preheat an outdoor grill to high (can also use oven or skillet)
- Remove chicken from marinade, and sprinkle with salt. Discard marinade
- Grill each side for 3-4 minutes, until internal temp is 165F
- Allow to rest, then enjoy!
