Beef is an amazing source of protein, as well essential vitamins. It provides key minerals, particularly iron, that support health and immunity. Plus, it tastes so good.
While I opt to have chicken or fish a little more often than beef, I enjoy a meat filled meal once a week or more. Low-FODMAP Beef meals are just so darn good.
