I can’t believe it’s already Thanksgiving time!  Where does the year go?  The days between Thanksgiving and Christmas always fly by.  Soon we will be going to holiday parties and watching the apple drop on New Year’s Eve.

Out of all the festive holidays, Thanksgiving is my absolute favorite.  I love having those 4 relaxing days with the family, plenty of food and a cozy fire.  Making the Thanksgiving menu low-FODMAP means I can rest assured my weekend won’t be ruined by an IBS flare.

  1. Unbelievable list of Low Fodmap treats

    I saved so many of these recipes. It’s great to find Low Fodmap recipes for holiday treats and just everyday desserts.
    It’s a great feeling to know I can safely eat ALL of these ingredients – not like when I read a gluten free recipe, and still have to adapt it by leaving out half of the ingredients.
    Thank you for this unbelievably huge list of recipes!
