Love all things lemon? Here are my her best low-FODMAP Lemon recipe, from drinks to desserts. Gluten-free and IBS-friendly!

Low-FODMAP Lemon recipes. This blog is one of my favorites! I absolutely love the flavor of a juicy, tart lemon. It’s a fresh accent to a savory meal, and amazing contrast in a sweet dessert.

Are Lemons Low-FODMAP?

YES! Lemons are a low-FODMAP selection. Since you don’t need a lot of lemon to infuse flavor, they are a readily available, inexpensive way to add amazing taste to your meal. Here is the info (as of March, 2026)

  • Lemon, fresh:
    • FODMAP Friendly states 80g for maximum serving
    • Monash (not tested)
  • Lemon, juice
    • FODMAP Friendly states 100ml for maximum serving
    • Monash states up to 20ml for low serving, moderate serving at 172ml
  • Lemon, zest:
    • FODMAP Friendly (not tested)
    • Monash states 3g is low serving, moderate serving at 325g

I have both savory and sweet selections in my low-FODMAP collection of lemon recipes. You can choose from a low-FODMAP lemon infused fettuccini sauce to a low-FODMAP lemon bar. Or have both at the same meal!

You never go wrong with lemon recipes on Mother’s Day, or for a summertime brunch celebration.
