YES! Lemons are a low-FODMAP selection. Since you don’t need a lot of lemon to infuse flavor, they are a readily available, inexpensive way to add amazing taste to your meal. Here is the info (as of March, 2026)

FODMAP Friendly states 80g for maximum serving
Monash (not tested)
Lemon, juice
FODMAP Friendly states 100ml for maximum serving
Monash states up to 20ml for low serving, moderate serving at 172ml
